I am a passionate educator with two decades of experience, including almost 15 years of successful leadership at both the district and school levels. My journey has included roles as a classroom teacher, an instructional coach, a school principal, and a forward-thinking district leader. My unique perspective is rooted in my commitment to fostering creativity and collaboration, all while prioritizing equity and an action-oriented mindset.
